Start with definitions, not a colorful screen
The dashboard page describes rankings, calls, leads, case types, SERP features, AI citations, forms, intakes, reviews, source attribution, trends and revenue signals. Those labels only support a useful decision when your firm agrees on what each one means. A call is not automatically a new matter. A lead is not automatically a signed client. A ranking is not automatically a retained case. Park City’s relationship to both Summit County and Wasatch County makes geographic definitions especially important: decide whether a report should separate Park City city from county-level activity rather than treating every nearby inquiry as the same location.
Recommended approach
Before evaluating the dashboard, write down the categories you want to review: potential new client, current client, other contact, practice area, location, matter status and revenue status. Ask Bosseo to show how those definitions appear in the live view and whether your firm can distinguish Park City from the relevant county relationships.
