1. Define the Moab geography before you interpret a number
The dashboard page describes tracking for service-and-city targets, city data and keyword coverage. Your firm should decide what “Moab” means in each report before relying on a total. Moab city and Grand County are different geographic scopes, and a report about one should not be presented as a report about the other. The Census record identifies Moab city as a municipality and records its relationship with Grand County; it does not say that every county resident is a prospective client or that a city population produces a particular amount of legal work.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how location is represented in the dashboard and how city-level and county-level observations are distinguished. Establish naming rules for service areas, practice areas and matter locations. If the firm serves people outside Moab city, decide whether those contacts should be grouped separately rather than combined into one local total.
