1. Define the geography before reviewing the numbers
A Millcreek firm can serve people in Millcreek city, elsewhere in Salt Lake County, or a wider Utah market. Those are different geographic questions. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard page says the system can show case-type and city data, and describes keyword coverage across a state. Before relying on a city label, ask whether it identifies the search target, the caller’s location, the page that generated contact, or the matter’s service area. The Census record establishes Millcreek’s municipal relationship to Salt Lake County; it does not tell you which geographic areas produce viable matters.
Recommended approach
Bring your preferred geographic definitions to the review. Decide whether the dashboard should separate Millcreek city from Salt Lake County and broader Utah activity, then record that distinction in the acceptance criteria. Do not approve a view that merges those areas if the resulting totals could change a budget or staffing decision.
