1. Define what “ROI” means for your Lehi firm
A dashboard can show activity without resolving the business question behind it. Before a review, decide whether your firm needs to examine marketing cost, calls, potential new clients, signed matters, retainers, revenue, or a combination. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard page says leads and matters can be tied to case types and real revenue, and that the system is intended to connect rankings, calls, leads and clients. Those are different stages, so they should not be treated as interchangeable. A call is not automatically a lead; a lead is not automatically a matter; a matter is not automatically collected revenue.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to demonstrate the path from an inbound contact to the final business measure your partners care about. Write down the definition of each stage, including how current clients, vendors, spam and other non-prospects are separated. For a firm serving Lehi and elsewhere in Utah County, also decide whether location is a field used for reporting or merely a page target. Do not use Lehi’s population estimate as a forecast of case volume.
