1. Start with the Ivins service area, not an assumed lead count
Your firm may serve Ivins, other parts of Washington County, or a broader Utah market. Those boundaries matter when you decide which inquiries should enter the same workflow and which need different routing. The Census identifies Ivins city as a municipality in Washington County. It does not show how many people seek legal help, which matter types they need, or how many inquiries a firm receives. Bosseo’s Automation service is therefore better evaluated against your existing intake records and service-area rules than against the city’s population estimate.
Recommended approach
Bring your actual geographic rules to the review. Decide whether an Ivins inquiry should follow the same path as an inquiry from elsewhere in Washington County, and identify exceptions before any routing or follow-up logic is selected.
