Define the Herriman geography before reading the numbers
The Census record identifies Herriman city as a municipality in Salt Lake County. It does not describe every place your firm may serve, and it does not show where a caller lives. A dashboard therefore needs a clear geographic rule before a city-level result can support a budget or coverage decision. Decide whether “Herriman” means a city target, a service-area label, an intake answer, an address field or a reporting filter. Keep Salt Lake County and Utah-wide reporting separate from city reporting. Do not treat a population estimate as proof that a practice area has demand.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how city and county information would be represented in the dashboard and how you would review leads that mention a different location. During consultation, write down the geographic definition for each report you expect to use. This prevents a broad Utah total from being presented as a Herriman result.
