What does the Bosseo ROI Dashboard describe tracking?+
Bosseo’s public page describes rankings, Top 3 and Top 10 counts, SERP features, AI citations, calls, call transcripts, lead classifications, case types, forms, video intakes, source attribution, reviews and trends over time. The exact definitions and scope for your firm should be confirmed in consultation.
Can the dashboard prove that Enoch has legal demand?+
No. Enoch’s 2020–2024 ACS population estimate is geographic context only. Population does not prove search demand, competition, calls, cases or revenue. The dashboard should report measured activity rather than convert population into a forecast.
Can I separate Enoch from Iron County?+
That is a question to confirm during review. Enoch is a municipality recorded in Iron County, and a useful reporting design should keep those geographic levels distinct. Ask how location is defined and displayed before adopting a geographic comparison.
Does a lead equal a signed case?+
No. A contact, a potential new client, a qualified matter, a retained case and revenue are different events. Bosseo’s public page describes lead and case-type classifications, but your firm should establish how those records are reconciled with its own matter records.
What should we ask about access and data recovery?+
Ask who may view or change records, whether users can have different permissions, how access is removed, how records are exported, how missing activity is flagged, and what recovery options apply. The public page does not establish every firm-specific permission or recovery term.
Will the dashboard guarantee search visibility or new matters?+
No guarantee should be assumed. Google says automation does not guarantee crawling, indexing or search visibility. A dashboard can display selected observations; it cannot guarantee rankings, calls, cases or revenue.
