1. Start with the calls your team cannot answer
Bosseo’s public AI Answering description says calls go to the firm’s front desk first. If nobody answers within 20 seconds, the AI picks up. It also describes coverage for nights, weekends, holidays and overflow, with up to 20 simultaneous calls. For a Centerville-serving firm, that makes the first implementation question operational: which unanswered calls should receive the AI response, and who owns the callback afterward? Centerville’s recorded relationship to Davis County helps define the service area you may discuss with callers, but it does not show when or how often they will call.
Recommended approach
Map your current phone paths before evaluating the product. List office hours, overflow conditions, after-hours ownership and the people responsible for urgent callbacks. Ask Bosseo to show how the 20-second handoff would fit your existing number and unanswered-call rule. Treat coverage as a design choice to review, not proof that your firm has a particular volume of missed calls.
