1. Set the service area around the matters you can actually accept
Waco and McLennan County are related but not interchangeable geographic labels. If your firm serves Waco city, the city boundary may be an appropriate starting point. If you serve additional parts of McLennan County, those areas should be considered deliberately rather than implied by the word “Waco.” Bosseo’s public Local Service Ads page describes category and geography targeting, including service areas set according to the case types and locations a firm wants. That gives you a useful decision point: define the locations that fit your fee model, travel expectations and intake capacity before expanding coverage.
Recommended approach
Bring a written service-area policy to the consultation. Separate Waco city from any broader McLennan County coverage, identify locations you will decline, and decide whether a call from outside your preferred area should be treated as unqualified, referred or reviewed manually. Ask Bosseo to explain how those geographic choices would be represented and measured in the program.
