1. Define the site and geographic scope before choosing infrastructure
Tomball is recorded as a municipality in Texas. The 2020–2024 ACS five-year estimate records 13,655 people, with a margin of error of 28, and records relationships with Harris County and Montgomery County. That is geographic context, not evidence of search demand, legal need, leads or revenue. It does, however, make scope discipline important: your firm may serve Tomball, Harris County, Montgomery County or a broader Texas market, and those are not interchangeable audiences. Hosting should support the actual site you operate, whether it contains a focused service set or a larger collection of location and practice pages. Bosseo’s public hosting page says its infrastructure is built for sites with thousands of pages. The practical question is whether that capacity is relevant to your planned site, not whether more pages are automatically better.
Recommended approach
Before a consultation, list the domains, subdomains, website platform, databases, forms, redirects, SSL certificates and email records that must remain functional. Identify which pages serve Tomball and which serve Harris County, Montgomery County or other Texas locations. Use that inventory to define the hosting scope and migration acceptance test.
