1. Define the reputation territory before asking for reviews
Terrell city and Kaufman County are related but different geographic descriptions. A firm may have a Terrell address, serve the wider county, or accept matters from outside both areas. The service should therefore begin with a coverage decision: which Google Business Profile represents the firm, which locations belong in public descriptions, and whether review activity should support one practice location or more than one. The Census record identifies Terrell as a municipality in Kaufman County; it does not show where clients search, where matters originate or how far the firm’s service area extends.
Recommended approach
Write down the firm’s actual service territory and review it against the profile information clients see. Use Terrell and Kaufman County only where they accurately describe the firm. Keep broader Texas coverage separate from local positioning, then measure inquiries by the geography the caller actually names.
