1. Start with the right geographic boundary
Spring is a CDP in Harris County, not a shorthand for every community in the surrounding region. A review strategy can become misleading when a firm treats Spring, Harris County, the Houston metropolitan area, and Texas as interchangeable. They are not the same geographic scope. Before changing your review program, identify whether the firm wants to be understood as serving Spring specifically, Harris County more broadly, or a wider service area. Then examine how the Google Business Profile, website, intake language, and review responses describe that coverage. The Census population estimate is useful for naming the place under review, but it cannot tell you how many people need legal help or how many will contact the firm.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to evaluate the profile and review strategy against the exact service area the firm is prepared to serve. Keep Spring-specific language distinct from countywide or statewide coverage. Do not use the population estimate as a forecast of review opportunities or prospective clients.
