1. Start with Southlake’s exact geographic boundary
Southlake is recorded as a city in Texas with relationships to Denton County and Tarrant County. That matters when you review attribution because “Southlake,” either county, and the wider metropolitan area are not interchangeable reporting labels. A lead may identify a city, county, service area or another location during intake. Those fields should not be silently treated as the same geography. The local population estimate is eligibility context only. It cannot tell you how many people need legal help, which practice areas are active, or whether any channel is producing cases.
Recommended approach
Decide which geographic fields your firm needs to distinguish: the person’s stated location, the page or campaign location, the office or service area involved, and the county connected to the matter. In a consultation, ask how those labels would appear in a journey record and whether Southlake can be separated from Denton County, Tarrant County and broader Texas activity.
