1. Start with the geographic definition, not a larger market assumption
The dashboard page describes city data, case-type data and source attribution as decision inputs. Slaton city is in Lubbock County, but the Census population record does not establish the reach of a Slaton law firm, the counties it serves, or the locations that should appear in reporting. A firm may serve clients inside the city, elsewhere in Lubbock County, or in additional areas; that scope must come from the firm. The dashboard should therefore distinguish a Slaton target from a Lubbock County target rather than treating every contact as interchangeable. Ask which locations will be tracked, how a location is assigned to a lead, and whether a report can separate city, county and broader service-area activity.
Recommended approach
Before evaluating results, write down the exact geographic scope you want reviewed: Slaton city, Lubbock County, another area, or a combination. Ask Bosseo to show how those labels would appear and what source supports each location field. Do not use the city’s population estimate as a forecast of cases or revenue.
