1. Start with the geographic definition
Sherman and Grayson County are not interchangeable labels. The Census record identifies Sherman city as a municipality in Grayson County and reports a 2020–2024 ACS 5-year population estimate of 46,397, with a margin of error of 42. That is useful for defining the geographic boundary of a review. It does not establish how many people are searching for a practice area, where callers live, which communities produce signed matters or whether a marketing channel is profitable. A dashboard should therefore make geographic labels explicit rather than allowing a city, county or service area to blur together.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how location is represented in rankings, leads, calls and attribution. Decide whether your internal reporting needs separate Sherman and Grayson County views, and record how a lead is assigned when the caller’s location is unknown or outside the city.
