1. Set the geographic boundary before reviewing ROI
A dashboard can become misleading when “Savannah” is treated as interchangeable with Denton County, the wider metropolitan area, Texas, a household or an individual. The Census identifies Savannah as a CDP and records its county relationship as Denton County. Those are different geographic labels. A partner reviewing performance should therefore ask whether a city field means a caller’s location, a service location, a page target or another attribution value. The population estimate is context for the place; it does not establish how many people need legal help or how many cases your firm can obtain.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how location is represented in the dashboard and decide whether Savannah, Denton County and any broader service area should be reviewed separately. Keep geographic labels consistent when comparing calls, forms, rankings and matters. Do not treat a Savannah total as a countywide or statewide result unless the underlying definition supports that comparison.
