Start with the territory you actually serve
A Rusk campaign needs a defined service area. The Census identifies Rusk as a municipality in Cherokee County; it does not establish that every resident is a potential client or that your firm should target the entire county. Your practice may serve Rusk only, Rusk and other Cherokee County communities, or a broader Texas area. Those are different decisions. Local Service Ads also use geographic and practice-area settings, so an overly broad profile can create inquiries your firm cannot handle. An overly narrow profile may exclude matters that fit your service model. The right review asks where you accept clients, where consultations occur, and which locations are appropriate for each practice area.
Recommended approach
Bring a written service-area policy to the consultation. Separate Rusk from the rest of Cherokee County and identify any additional Texas locations you intentionally serve. Do not expand coverage solely because a larger area appears attractive.
