Does AI Answering replace my Rockwall law firm’s front desk?+
Bosseo’s public product page describes it as a backstop. Calls go to your team first, and the AI steps in when nobody answers within 20 seconds. Confirm the routing behavior and any exceptions for your phone system during consultation.
What information can the system collect?+
Bosseo says the system can guide a caller through the situation and capture case type, timeline and contact information. Your firm should approve the exact questions and should not treat the resulting record as a substitute for attorney review, conflict procedures or an engagement decision.
What do we receive after a call?+
The public description says you receive a full transcript, a case summary and caller information, delivered to an inbox or case-management system. Ask Bosseo to confirm the destination and configuration applicable to your firm.
Can it handle several calls at once?+
Bosseo’s public page states that the system can handle up to 20 simultaneous calls. Treat that as a product statement to confirm during your review, especially if your phone architecture or routing rules add other limits.
How should we handle urgent calls?+
Define urgency before activation. Decide which facts identify an urgent inquiry, who reviews the record, and what your firm can responsibly promise. Bosseo describes classification and summaries that can surface call details; it does not set your legal response policy.
Will this prove how many Rockwall leads or cases we receive?+
It can support call-record review through transcripts, summaries, classifications and tags described by Bosseo. It cannot turn Rockwall’s population into a demand estimate, and it cannot by itself prove leads, signed matters, revenue or legal outcomes. Define those measurements separately.
