1. Define what “River Oaks” means in the report
A River Oaks service area is not automatically the same as River Oaks city. The Census record identifies River Oaks city as a municipality in Tarrant County. Your firm may serve people elsewhere in Tarrant County or in other Texas communities, but a dashboard should not silently combine those geographies. The city’s population estimate is context for scope, not evidence that residents are searching for counsel or that a particular practice area has demand. Ask whether each location field means the caller’s location, the service page’s target, the intake address, or the matter’s jurisdiction.
Recommended approach
Create a location dictionary before reviewing performance. At minimum, distinguish River Oaks city, Tarrant County, other municipalities and broader Texas coverage. Require every location-based tile or export to state which definition it uses. If a source cannot identify geography reliably, mark it unknown instead of assigning it to River Oaks.
