1. Start with Primera as a service area, not a demand forecast
The Census record identifies Primera as a municipality in Cameron County. It does not describe the firm’s practice area, service radius, client mix, or the places from which inquiries arrive. A review program should therefore distinguish between the Primera profile, the county relationship, and any broader Texas or metropolitan coverage the firm intentionally serves. Combining those geographies in one reputation message can make it harder to understand which client experiences are relevant to which prospective clients.
Recommended approach
Before changing your review process, list the locations and legal services the firm actually serves. Review whether your Google Business Profile, website, intake records, and public responses use the same geographic framing. Treat Primera and Cameron County as separate labels in reporting where that distinction matters. Do not use the town’s population estimate as evidence that a particular practice area has demand.
