1. Start with the firm’s actual bottleneck
Bosseo describes custom software for tasks such as client portals, intake tools, internal dashboards, referral tracking, document intake flows, calculators and connections between systems. The starting point is a plain-language operational problem: staff retype consultation details, maintain a spreadsheet, answer repeated status questions or manually route a new inquiry. The Prairie View label should not substitute for that diagnosis. Prairie View city is recorded in Waller County; a firm may serve clients beyond the municipality. Define whether the proposed tool covers Prairie View matters only, all Waller County matters, or the firm’s wider Texas practice. Do not treat the city’s population as proof that a particular workflow has enough volume to warrant software.
Recommended approach
Bring one recurring manual task to the consultation. Describe who performs it, what information enters the process, where it is copied, what decision follows and what happens when a step is missed. Bosseo can then assess whether a small custom tool, an existing product or no new software is the better answer.
