1. Define the geographic unit before you read the numbers
A dashboard can only answer a geographic question that has been defined clearly. Paris is a city, and its recorded county relationship is Lamar County. Those are not interchangeable with Texas as a whole, a metropolitan area, a household, or an individual. If your firm serves Paris and Lamar County, the dashboard discussion should distinguish city-level service-and-location targets from broader county or statewide coverage. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard page describes live keyword rankings, tracked service-and-city targets, lead data by case type, and city data used for decision-making. The local Census record supplies geographic context, but it does not establish which searches occur or which area produces clients.
Recommended approach
Bring a written list of the geographic areas your firm intentionally serves. Ask which labels should be tracked separately, how a city or county reference will be interpreted, and whether a reported lead location reflects a verified fact or only the page, campaign or source associated with that contact. Do not treat Paris’s population estimate as a forecast of inquiries.
