1. Replace “How did you hear about us?” with a journey
A prospective client may remember a search engine, a referral, or a broad description such as “online.” That answer does not necessarily identify the landing page or the earlier sessions that preceded contact. Bosseo’s public Lead Attribution page describes records containing channel, referrer, landing page, device, session detail, and attached intake answers. It also describes calls joining the same journey. For a Paris practice, review whether those records can distinguish inquiries connected with the Paris market from inquiries outside the firm’s intended service area. Do not treat the city’s population estimate as evidence that any particular practice area or channel will generate matters.
Recommended approach
Ask to see a journey using your firm’s actual intake categories and geographic scope. Decide which fields should define a qualified inquiry, consultation, and signed case before comparing channels.
