1. Start with the firm’s real geographic coverage
Orange city and Orange County are not interchangeable labels. A firm may serve clients in Orange, elsewhere in Orange County, or in a broader Texas area. Review activity should support the firm’s actual practice and comply with the rules that govern client communications. A profile and review strategy should not imply that every person in the city or county is a prospective client. Instead, review the firm’s address and service-area presentation, the places named in its public profiles, and the locations attached to its practice pages.
Recommended approach
Bring your current Google Business Profile, website location language, and list of served communities to the consultation. Decide which geographic relationships should be represented publicly and which should be measured separately. Do not use the city’s population as a proxy for demand or as a reason to promise a particular review or inquiry outcome.
