1. Define the geography before reading the numbers
Murphy is a municipality in Collin County, Texas. Those geographic labels should not be treated as interchangeable. A dashboard review should distinguish Murphy from Collin County and from any wider Texas or metropolitan area coverage your firm elects to examine. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard page says the product can show rankings by service-and-city target, city data, and which cities produce calls. That makes geographic definitions a first-order measurement question, not a presentation detail. A ranking associated with Murphy does not automatically describe the whole county. A county-level call does not prove that a Murphy page caused the inquiry.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how locations are named and filtered in the proposed view. Decide which location labels belong in reporting for each practice area, and record whether a call or form is assigned by the person’s stated location, the page visited, the tracking configuration, or another rule. Do not approve a local KPI until the geographic definition is understandable to the partner reviewing it.
