1. Start with the actual Mission Bend footprint
Mission Bend CDP has recorded relationships to Fort Bend County and Harris County. That matters when your firm decides how to describe service geography, select county boundaries, and distinguish Mission Bend from nearby cities or unincorporated areas. A page should not imply that every address in either county is in Mission Bend, and a Mission Bend page should not quietly become a generic Houston-area page. Bosseo’s public product text describes a footprint that can cover a whole state or only selected counties. The fit therefore depends on your real service area, not on the CDP population estimate.
Recommended approach
Bring a precise service-area map or county list to the consultation. Ask Bosseo to separate Mission Bend from the broader Fort Bend County and Harris County coverage and to explain how each proposed page would use accurate geographic language. Do not expand the footprint merely because the census geography is large.
