Start with the geography your intake records actually serve
Lumberton city and Hardin County are not interchangeable labels. A firm may receive an inquiry from a Lumberton resident, a person elsewhere in Hardin County, or someone outside the county who is looking for counsel connected to the area. Lead Attribution should preserve the location represented by the journey rather than treating every contact as a Lumberton lead. The Census record establishes Lumberton’s municipal and county relationship; it does not establish where prospective clients search, where cases originate, or which services are needed.
Recommended approach
During a review, define the geographic fields that matter to your firm: the location named by the person, the page they visited, the service they selected and the jurisdiction your firm can evaluate. Then decide whether reporting should separate Lumberton from the rest of Hardin County. Ask Bosseo to show how those distinctions would appear in the attribution record and roll-up.
