1. Define the geographic view before reviewing ROI
Your firm may describe its service area as Leon Valley, Bexar County, the surrounding metropolitan area or Texas. Those are not interchangeable reporting scopes. The Census record identifies Leon Valley city as a municipality in Bexar County, with an estimated population of 11,446 for 2020–2024. That is a location fact, not evidence that residents are searching for a particular practice area or that a campaign will produce matters. In a dashboard review, ask whether a city, county, metropolitan or statewide label is being used for each ranking, call, lead and matter field. A report that blends those geographies can make a local decision difficult to interpret.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to demonstrate the exact geographic definitions attached to tracked keywords, calls, leads and matters. Decide which geography belongs in partner reporting and which should remain a separate comparison. Do not use the Leon Valley population estimate as a forecast.
