1. Review intake against the matters you actually serve
Intake Coach produces a call analysis that can include a purpose-of-call summary, key facts, a call-quality review and specific coaching suggestions. That makes it possible to examine whether your intake conversation gathers the information your attorneys need before deciding what happens next. For a Leander practice, geographic scope should be explicit: a caller may identify with Leander, Travis County, Williamson County, another Texas community or a jurisdiction relevant to the matter. The city’s population estimate does not tell you which practice areas generate calls or which callers are eligible for representation. Your review should therefore use your firm’s own matter criteria rather than treating local population as a proxy for legal need.
Recommended approach
Define the facts that matter for each practice area, then review whether intake staff consistently ask for them, record them accurately and explain the next step without giving unauthorized legal advice. Use the consultation to determine how your existing call flow would be evaluated.
