1. Start with the La Homa service boundary
Your firm may serve La Homa while operating elsewhere, or may describe its work across Hidalgo County and Texas. Those are different geographic relationships. Automation should therefore begin with the locations your firm actually accepts and the intake questions that distinguish a La Homa inquiry from other service areas. The Census record identifies La Homa as a CDP in Hidalgo County; it does not show how many people contact law firms or what matters they seek. Use the location as a routing and reporting consideration, not as proof of market demand.
Recommended approach
Review whether your forms, calls, chats and video intakes capture the service area consistently. Decide which geographic answers should affect assignment, qualification, consultation availability or reporting. Keep La Homa, Hidalgo County and broader Texas coverage separate in your internal rules and client-facing descriptions.
