1. Define the Kaufman geography before you read the totals
A location total is only meaningful when its geography is explicit. The Census identifies Kaufman as a city in Kaufman County; it does not describe the whole county, a metropolitan area, or every person who may contact a law firm. For your firm, a dashboard review should separate Kaufman city from Kaufman County and from any broader Texas coverage. The public ROI Dashboard page says the system can show which cities produce calls and can report city data, but it does not establish that a particular Kaufman result, market boundary or local demand level already exists.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to demonstrate the geographic labels attached to rankings, calls, leads and matters. Decide whether your reporting needs a Kaufman-city view, a Kaufman County view, or additional places. Do not treat the Census population estimate as a forecast of cases or revenue. Use it only as context for defining the local scope you want to inspect.
