Start with the Hillsboro service area, not a population assumption
The Census record identifies Hillsboro as a city in Hill County. It does not show how many people contact your firm, which matters they ask about, or when inquiries arrive. That distinction changes the automation brief: instead of sizing a workflow from population, review your own inquiry records by service area, source, matter type, time received and disposition. If your firm serves clients beyond Hillsboro or across Hill County, define those territories explicitly before routing rules are written. A contact’s location may affect ownership or qualification, but it should not be guessed from the city name alone.
Recommended approach
Bring a recent, de-identified view of your inquiry categories and current service-area rules to a Bosseo consultation. Decide which geographic information is necessary for routing and which should simply remain part of the intake record.
