Start with the area your firm actually serves
Helotes and Bexar County are not interchangeable geographic labels. A firm may serve clients in Helotes while also accepting matters elsewhere in the county or across Texas. Reputation work should therefore begin with the firm’s real service-area language, not with a population figure treated as a forecast. The Census records Helotes as a municipality and gives the city a population estimate of 9,630 for 2020–2024, with a margin of error of 27. That is useful geographic context, but it cannot tell you how many people need legal help or how many prospective clients use Google. Bosseo’s public materials position Reputation & Reviews as a law-firm-specific service centered on Google Business Profile activity, review requests, and review responses.
Recommended approach
Map the places and matter types you are prepared to serve. Decide whether Helotes should be named as a primary service location, one part of a broader Bexar County footprint, or a location requiring separate evaluation. Ask Bosseo how the proposed reputation work would reflect that scope without implying an office, staff, or availability that your firm does not have.
