Define the geographic view before judging performance
Heath’s recorded county relationships are Kaufman County and Rockwall County. Those are not interchangeable with the city, the broader Dallas–Fort Worth area or the entire state of Texas. A dashboard can be useful only when the firm knows which geography a ranking, call or lead represents. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard page describes city data, case-type data and tracked service-and-city targets. It also describes keyword rankings and movement over time. The local decision is not whether a Heath label looks promising. It is whether the firm’s service area is represented accurately enough to separate Heath matters from matters elsewhere in the two counties or outside the firm’s intended territory.
Recommended approach
At the consultation, ask Bosseo to show how the firm would distinguish Heath, Kaufman County, Rockwall County and any wider service area. Approve a geographic view only after the firm agrees on the labels and exclusions it will use in partner reviews.
