1. Set the geographic question before asking for more reviews
Gonzales city and Gonzales County are not interchangeable geographic descriptions. A firm may serve clients in the city, elsewhere in the county, or beyond it. The Census record identifies Gonzales as a municipality and records its county relationship as Gonzales County; it does not show where legal clients search, live or retain counsel. That distinction matters because a review program should be evaluated against the firm’s actual service area, not against a population figure alone. Bosseo’s public Reputation & Reviews page centers on Google Business Profile activity and describes review requests, responses and review-growth tracking. The consultation should therefore clarify which profile, locations and practice areas are in scope.
Recommended approach
Bring a precise service-area description to the discussion: Gonzales city, Gonzales County, or another area the firm deliberately serves. Ask how review activity will be interpreted when clients come from outside the city and how the firm will avoid presenting geographic coverage more broadly than it can support.
