1. Start with the firm’s real service footprint
Bosseo’s public product description allows a firm to choose statewide coverage or limit coverage to selected counties. Fort Worth city has recorded county relationships with Denton, Johnson, Parker, Tarrant and Wise counties. That relationship should not be treated as permission to claim that the firm serves all five counties. Instead, it gives you a precise question for the consultation: which counties does the firm actually accept matters from, and which cities within those counties are appropriate for public service pages?
Recommended approach
Bring a current service-area list to the review. Separate Fort Worth city from each county and from the broader metropolitan area. Do not approve a page footprint merely because a place is nearby. Approve it when the firm can serve the people there, explain the relevant service accurately and handle resulting inquiries.
