1. Start with the Floresville service boundary
Floresville is a municipality in Wilson County, Texas. A firm may serve the city, the county, or a broader Texas geography, but those are different operating boundaries. Automation should therefore preserve the geography your firm actually uses rather than treating a city population figure as a proxy for demand. During evaluation, identify which intake sources correspond to Floresville matters, Wilson County matters and any other areas you serve. Then decide whether location is a routing field, a reporting field, or simply information for staff review. Bosseo’s public Automation page describes lead capture, contact and case-type tagging, routing and follow-up; it does not establish how your firm should classify its own geography.
Recommended approach
Bring your current service-area labels to the consultation. Ask how each label would be recorded, who would review it, and what happens when a prospective client’s location does not fit a predefined category.
