1. Set the geographic question before judging the data
Eidson Road is recorded as a census-designated place in Maverick County, Texas. A geographic label alone does not tell you whether an inquiry came from Eidson Road, another part of Maverick County, or elsewhere. It also does not tell you whether a visitor is a household member, an individual, or an existing client. Your attribution review should therefore preserve the location information your firm actually collects and avoid treating the Census estimate as evidence of prospective-client demand. The practical question is narrower: when a person contacts your firm about a matter, can you identify the path that led to that contact and distinguish service area from source channel?
Recommended approach
Decide which geographic fields belong in your intake and reporting review. Keep Eidson Road, Maverick County, and any broader service area distinct. Do not use the population estimate to set a lead target or infer language, staffing, or case mix.
