1. Start with the geography your records actually serve
Edinburg city is recorded as a municipality in Hidalgo County. A firm may serve Edinburg, other parts of Hidalgo County, or a wider Texas market, but those are different reporting scopes. A city page, a county campaign and a statewide service line should not be treated as interchangeable sources. Lead Attribution’s public product description identifies channel, referrer, landing page, device, session detail and intake answers as information associated with a lead journey. That makes geographic scope a measurement decision: which page, service area and inquiry should be connected in the same record?
Recommended approach
Define the reporting boundary before reviewing performance. Separate Edinburg inquiries from other Hidalgo County inquiries when your intake records allow it, and keep broader Texas inquiries identifiable rather than assigning them to Edinburg by default. Ask Bosseo how the proposed setup would distinguish location, practice area and outcome without turning the Census population estimate into a forecast.
