1. Start with the website you actually need to protect
A hosting decision should begin with an inventory, not with a server label. Identify the public website, forms, databases, media, redirects, certificates, domain records and any third-party services that must continue working. If your firm serves Duncanville and other parts of Dallas County, document which pages and intake paths describe those locations rather than treating the city population as a forecast of website demand. The Census record establishes Duncanville’s municipality and county relationship; it does not show how many people will contact your firm or what hosting capacity you require. Bosseo’s public page says its dedicated servers are intended for law-firm websites and that migration can include files, databases, DNS and email records.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to review your current host, site architecture and records before you approve a move. Request a written inventory of what will be transferred, what remains with another provider and what your firm must approve.
