1. Map the inquiry path before choosing automation
Bosseo’s Automation page describes a flow from website forms, calls, chat or video intake into a CRM and case-management platform. Information can be logged, tagged and routed so the next person has a defined task. That makes the first decision operational: list every way a prospective client contacts your firm, then identify the destination for each record. A Dallas office may receive inquiries connected with matters inside Dallas County or with matters involving Collin, Denton, Kaufman or Rockwall counties, all of which are listed county relationships for Dallas in the cited Census record. Those geographic relationships do not prove that your firm handles matters in each county. They do provide a reason to make your service-area and routing rules explicit.
Recommended approach
Bring a current intake map to the consultation. Mark each entry point, system, owner and next action. Decide whether county or service-area information should affect routing only after your firm confirms that it is relevant to intake.
