1. Review the entire intake conversation, not only the outcome
Bosseo’s public Intake Coach description says every intake call is recorded, transcribed and tagged by case type, then analyzed with an AI score, a winability estimate, quoted-retainer information, a call-quality review, a summary and coaching suggestions. It also describes extracted key facts such as names, dates, charges, deadlines and jurisdictions. Those capabilities create a review point for conversations connected to Commerce and Hunt County matters, but they do not establish how many calls your firm receives or whether every caller is a prospective client.
Recommended approach
Start by deciding which conversations should be examined and what a useful intake conversation must accomplish for your practice. Review whether the call identifies the caller’s purpose, captures a reliable callback path, records relevant deadlines and assigns a clear next action. Ask during a consultation how your firm’s call flow would be represented and what information should remain subject to attorney review.
