1. Start with the calls your team cannot answer
Bosseo’s public AI Answering page describes a team-first arrangement: calls go to your people first, and the AI steps in when nobody answers within 20 seconds. It also describes coverage for nights, weekends, holidays, lunch periods, and overflow. Those capabilities make response-path design more important than a generic “24/7” label. A Commerce firm may serve callers in the city, elsewhere in Hunt County, or beyond; the population figure for Commerce does not tell you when your callers phone, how many calls go unanswered, or whether the current phone arrangement is adequate.
Recommended approach
Review a representative period of your own call records. Separate unanswered calls by after-hours, simultaneous-call overflow, holidays, and ordinary office hours. Then decide whether AI should answer every missed call, only selected periods, or only defined overflow conditions. Ask Bosseo to show how the proposed routing would preserve the first opportunity for your staff.
