Start with the geography your firm actually serves
The U.S. Census Bureau records Childress as a municipality in Childress County. Its 2020–2024 ACS 5-year population estimate is 5,834, with a margin of error of 218. That is geographic and population context only; it does not establish legal demand, search volume, competition, calls, cases or revenue. Your dashboard should therefore distinguish a location label from a business outcome. A call associated with Childress is not automatically a signed matter, and a county-level service area is not the same thing as the city.
Recommended approach
Before reviewing performance, write down the geographic labels your firm uses: Childress, Childress County, other Texas locations and any broader service area. Decide whether each report should show the city, county or another defined area. Ask Bosseo to demonstrate how location and service-area information will be represented so your partners do not read a population record as proof of demand or treat a geographic signal as revenue.
