Set geographic coverage around the clients you actually serve
Briar’s recorded county relationships span Parker County, Tarrant County and Wise County. That does not mean a Briar campaign should automatically target all three counties, nor does it establish that every household or individual in those counties is a prospective legal client. The relevant decision is operational: which locations can your firm serve, where can it respond effectively, and which areas fit the practice categories you want to advertise? Bosseo’s public Local Service Ads description identifies category and geography targeting as part of its program. That gives you a basis for reviewing service areas rather than treating the Briar name as the entire market.
Recommended approach
Bring a written service-area policy to the consultation. Separate Briar from each county and from any broader Texas or metropolitan coverage your firm may use. Ask how location settings will be reviewed, what inquiries should be treated as out of area, and how those inquiries will be identified for possible dispute.
