Start with the geographic question your records can answer
The Census record identifies Bonham as a municipality in Fannin County. It does not show whether a particular practice area attracts inquiries from Bonham, elsewhere in Fannin County, or another Texas location. That distinction matters when a firm evaluates a local page, an advertisement, an organic visit or a referral. A city name in a client’s recollection is not enough to explain which page or channel contributed to the inquiry.
Recommended approach
Review attribution by the geographic information your firm actually collects and is permitted to use. Separate Bonham from Fannin County and from broader Texas activity rather than treating them as interchangeable. Ask whether each record can be reviewed alongside the service or matter type, landing page, channel, intake answers and eventual outcome.
