1. Start with the geography your firm actually serves
A Belton page should not blur the city with Bell County, a wider metropolitan area or all of Texas. The Census record identifies Belton as a municipality in Bell County. That distinction matters when you review landing pages, referral descriptions and matter reports: a page intended for Belton should be evaluated as Belton coverage, while a county-wide service area should be named separately. Population is useful context for defining the place, but it cannot tell you how many people need a lawyer or how many will contact your office. Lead Attribution can help you inspect which landing pages and channels are associated with actual inquiries, rather than treating the city label as proof of performance.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how the location and service labels will appear in each lead record and roll-up. Decide whether Belton, Bell County and any other service areas need separate reporting views. Do not use the Belton population estimate as a forecast.
