1. Connect the source to the inquiry
Bosseo describes Lead Attribution as a way to show a lead’s channel, referrer, landing page, device and session history, with intake answers attached to the journey. For a Beaumont practice, that distinction matters when a person moves between a service page, a review, a local page or an advertisement before contacting the firm. A broad answer such as “Google” does not identify which page or channel contributed to the inquiry. The Beaumont population estimate does not tell you which path matters; your own lead records do.
Recommended approach
Review whether each inquiry can be connected to its source without relying on memory or a manually completed “how did you hear about us?” field. Decide which intake answers and outcome stages matter to your firm before using attribution to compare channels.
