1. Define what counts as a useful lead
The Bosseo public page describes contacts as classified by status, including Potential New Client, Current Client and Other, with leads also grouped by case type. That distinction matters for an Azle practice because a call associated with Azle is not automatically a new matter, a qualified opportunity or a signed client. Your firm should agree on those definitions before comparing totals. The city’s relationship to both Parker County and Tarrant County also makes geographic labeling worth reviewing: a report should make clear whether a location means the caller’s location, the service area selected in marketing, or the page associated with the inquiry.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to walk through the proposed classification rules using your firm’s actual intake categories. Decide how duplicate contacts, existing clients, vendors, spam, referrals and matters spanning county lines will be treated. Do not use Azle’s population estimate as a forecast of leads or cases.
