What does the ROI Dashboard describe tracking?+
Bosseo’s public page describes keyword rankings, Top 3 and Top 10 counts, SERP features, AI-engine citations, calls, forms, intakes, lead classifications, case types, source attribution, review signals and revenue or retainer signals. Ask which items apply to your proposed scope and how each is defined.
Can it show Austin separately from nearby counties?+
The dashboard page describes city and case-type data, while Austin’s recorded county relationships are Bastrop, Hays, Travis and Williamson counties. Ask Bosseo how geographic labels and groupings would be represented for your firm. Do not assume that city, county and metropolitan reporting are interchangeable.
Does a ranking prove that a case or revenue came from marketing?+
No. A ranking or attributed contact can be part of a journey, but it does not alone prove causation. Agree on the events your firm will connect and review how direct, returning, duplicate and unclassified contacts appear.
Who should have dashboard access?+
That is a firm governance decision. The public page says partners, office managers and intake leads can have access. Before adoption, define roles for your own team and ask how permissions, removals and access records are handled.
What should we ask about missing or corrected data?+
Ask how delayed calls, incomplete forms, duplicate contacts, changed classifications and corrected matter information are identified. Also ask about retention, export and recovery. The public page does not state a universal uptime or recovery commitment, so do not assume one.
Does using automation guarantee search visibility?+
No. Google states that automation does not guarantee crawling, indexing or search visibility and emphasizes original value, accuracy and relevance for scaled pages. Use the dashboard to inspect defined observations, not as a promise of rankings or matters.
